
Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund for digital services rendered.
For your backlink project to be eligible for a refund, the project ordered must not have been started. Additionally, you must provide a cancellation notice via a handwritten letter or an email at least 24 hours before the scheduled job is ordered to qualify for a cancellation.
Additional non-returnable items:
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items
To complete any of your returns, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Backlinks already posted
Refunds
If a refund is eligible payment will be returned to the credit card or a refund check will be made available.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us using our contact form.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
All digital backlinks posts cannot be exchanged or changes ones the website you provided has been initiated.
Gifts
If backlinks are marked as a gift when purchased you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your purchase.
